Mediation is practiced in a number of ways and though structured, it is flexible. Its effectiveness lies in its flexibility and mediation techniques need to be applied as per the culture and norms of any society. With this basic rule, NCDR’s Chief Operating Officer and Principal Trainer, Mr. Ebrahim Saifuddin, has devised NCDR’s Mediation training course in line with the norms of Pakistan. The training course is for 5 days with an additional day for assessment. The training consists of 51 hours:

Training Fees for a six day training certification course is is Rs. 75,000/-
